Can you tell me what channels are available on the service?
Yes, please click on 'channel listings' for a complete and constantly updated list of channels available through the netsreams.tv directory.

What are the system requirements?
The system has been fully tested on all windows variants later than 2000. We have not yet tested fully on Mac and Linux, and will be conducting these tests shortly. We recommend a minimum of a 1mb broadband connection to receive a quality service.

Is netstreams.tv legal?
Yes, we are not offering any illegal programming. Our service acts as a comprehensive directory of streaming media channels on the web, we do not offer 'hacks' into satellite or cable programming from any other providers.

Can I watch on my TV set?
Hardware exists which allows you to view the output from your PC on your TV, however we have not tested any such hardware and cannot guarentee compatibility. You can watch over a wireless internet connection (WiFi), and so wherever you can take your PC, you can watch netstreams.tv.

Is there a minimum term contract, and what can I do if I'm not happy?
There are no minimum contract terms, and you are free to cancel your membership at any given time with no cancellation fees.

How much does it cost?
Our service costs just £1.99 per month. This charge is subsidised by advertising in the members area, however this is always unobtrusive and we do not use 'pop-ups' or any other form of invasive advertising techniques.

Is the service available in my country?
The service is available world-wide, as long as you can access the internet you can log-in to the service.

Is there technical support available?
Yes, during UK office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday, GMT) we have a technical support team available to take your queries. There are also user-guides in the members area, and tips for improving your system set-up.

What's the picture quality like?
Quality is limited to your connection speed, and therefore at full-screen picture quality can be grainy. Our service will be updated when faster (8mb+) connections are widely available, however we need to support the general public and existing members by ensuring our service works readily on the most common connections available today.

Does the service contain adult material, and is it safe for kids?
No, we don't offer any adult channels, as we aim to offer a 'family friendly' service. Parental guidance is advised for younger viewers, as we do not control the programming of the providers, and cannot guarentee all viewing is suitable.
